1. The service

Unload is a wellbeing mobile app offering haptic feedback sessions (vibrations) intended to promote calm, a personalised calibration and progress tracking. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. Account

The app can be used without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional: it attaches your progress to an account so you can find it again on another device. You may request the deletion of your account at any time (see Delete my account).

3. Subscription

• Some features are available through a subscription (monthly or yearly), purchased and billed by the App Store or Google Play at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand, from your store's subscription settings.
• Cancellation and refunds follow App Store and Google Play rules; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Use and health

Unload is not a medical device. Sessions rely on self-reported scores — the app measures no physiological signal. It replaces neither medical advice, nor monitoring, nor treatment. If distress persists, please consult a healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual property

The contents of the app (brand, haptic patterns, visuals, text, code) belong to Mountains Studio LLC. A subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

6. Liability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. In the event of a substantial change, the app will let you know.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts, after seeking an amicable solution — write to us first: support@unload-app.com.
